Activate your account

You need to activate your account if you're:

• a solicitor and you have never logged in to mySRA
• a trainee solicitor and your period of recognised training was registered with us before July 2020.

You will need a valid activation code.

This code is only valid for 28 days. After this you will need to request a new code.

Create an account

You need to create an account if you're applying for the first time and are unknown to us. For example, create an account if you're:

• looking to become an organisation contact and are not currently known to us
• applying for the first time to be a registered foreign lawyer
• a trainee and need to register your period of recognised training
• looking to register a completed period of qualifying work experience
• intending to become a manager within a law firm and are not currently known to us
• a qualified lawyer looking to applying for an SQE assessment exemption.
